Job summary

Red Bull Mexico is seeking an On Premise Key Account Specialist to drive information flow and development with our on-premise partners. The role focuses on planning and analyzing key On Premise KPIs to guide field teams toward the #1 market position.

You will manage budgets, support regional and global reporting, and lead the regional delivery of information quality. The ideal candidate has field experience in consumer goods, advanced Excel, and English fluency.

Qualifications

• Field experience in consumer goods with distributors/indirect channels.
• Strong planning, detail-orientation, systemic thinking, and sense of urgency.
• Ability to scale initiatives, take risks, and demonstrate leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop goals and manage results of the main On Premise indicators (volume and execution).
• Manage department budget including planning and partial results monitoring.
• Participate in Key Account development with new clients.
• Lead reporting process for Latam and Global teams.
• Guide regional teams and ensure information quality.

The On Premise Key Account Specialist is a member of the On Premise team, responsible for information management and client’s development. The main objective of the role is to plan and analyze the main On Premise KPIs, so that the field team has the correct direction and, as a result, On Premise Mexico reaches the #1 level.

Job Description

INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

• Development of goals and management (monitoring + analysis + action plan) of the results of the main On Premise indicators (volume and execution)

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

• Department budget management, including planning and partial results monitoring

DP AND KEY ACCOUNT DEVELOPMENT

• Active participation in Key Acount new clients.

GLOBAL REPORTS

• Leads the reporting process for Latam and Global teams

REGIONAL INFLUENCE

• Orientates regional teams, leading deliveries and ensuring information quality

Qualifications

• Field experience in consumer goods companies working with distributors/indirect channel.
• Hands on profile, planning, love for details, systemic vision, sense of urgency, ability to scale and take risks, logical thinking, leadership, criticality and dynamism.
• Office Package domain, especially Excel and Power Point.
• Advanced English.
