Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable).
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and execute payroll services for PepsiCo Beverages.
• Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements.
• Capture information in payroll systems.
• Ensure payroll meets operation controls by matching data to pay rules.
• Develop automation and training to improve service.
• Consolidate and document process deliverables for audits.
