Job summary

Enboarder is seeking a Software Engineer Junior (AMTS) to join the Master Data Management (MDM) DET Team in Mexico City. You will provide active L2/L3 production support for MDM apps, monitor system health, triage issues, and help ensure platform reliability.

You'll design, code, test, and deploy feature enhancements, work with AI-assisted tools to speed fixes, and contribute to data pipelines, API orchestration, and Airflow workflows while maintaining solid documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• 4+ years of relevant software engineering, data engineering, enterprise application support, or maintenance experience.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with a proven track record.
• Experience with object-oriented programming (Java or Python) and RESTful API development/integration.
• Solid experience with SQL, data modeling, and diagnosing data anomalies.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude).

Responsibilities

• Provide active L2/L3 production support for MDM applications, monitoring system health and uptime.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve production bugs and data pipeline failures with root-cause analysis.
• Design, code, test, and deploy feature enhancements, patches, and automation across MDM pipelines.
• Learn and leverage AI-assisted development platforms to accelerate fixes and testing.
• Maintain end-to-end data integrations, API orchestration, Airflow workflows, and pipelines.
• Support data quality validation, data stewardship, and third-party data enrichment integrations.
• Write clean Java/Python code, REST APIs, SQL scripts, and unit tests per standards.
• Participate in operational readiness reviews, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Maintain clear technical docs, runbooks, and playbooks for troubleshooting.
