Salesforce is seeking a Junior Software Engineer (AMTS) in Mexico City to provide L2/L3 production support for MDM applications, design and deploy feature enhancements, and help maintain data pipelines and APIs. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant software engineering, data engineering, enterprise application support, or maintenance experience.
• Proven problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with experience troubleshooting complex production data systems.
• Experience with object-oriented programming (Java or Python) and RESTful API development/integration.
• SQL scripting, data modeling, and diagnosing data anomalies.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate development and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide active L2/L3 production support for MDM applications and ensure high platform reliability.
• Investigate, debug, and resolve production bugs and data pipeline failures with root-cause analysis.
• Design, code, test, and deploy feature enhancements and automation across MDM pipelines, APIs, and workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, deployments, and sprint planning under senior engineers.
• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and playbooks to streamline support.
• Collaborate across globally distributed teams with strong ownership and communication.
