Procter & Gamble Mexico is seeking a Junior Project Manager or Process Engineer to lead projects across P&G plants in Naucalpan, Vallejo, and Tepeji. The role combines project leadership with process engineering to drive operational excellence and innovation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify losses, and implement improvements, while developing learning programs for operators and supporting startup activities.

Formación
