Procter & Gamble in Vallejo (Naucalpan plant network) seeks a Junior Project Manager or Process Engineer to drive projects from day one, improving operations and productivity. You will work with multi-disciplinary teams to implement innovations and ensure continuous improvement across manufacturing lines.

Ideal candidates have an engineering background, strong analytical and leadership skills, and a passion for operational excellence.

Formación

• Graduated in any Engineering field (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Mechatronics, Robotics, Automation, Civil or related).
• Basic knowledge of continuous improvement and manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with engineering principles and project lifecycle.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support projects that impact production and operational excellence.
• Develop and implement new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet defined objectives.
• Identify and eliminate operational losses and inefficiencies.
• Design learning programs and train operations technicians.
