Procter & Gamble Mexico invites engineering students to join the Vallejo Plant as an Engineering & Manufacturing Intern in a part-time role based in Mexico City. The internship covers hands-on experiences across production, packing, warehouse, quality, and continuous improvement, with hours flexible to fit your studies.

You will work with a team, gain exposure to real projects, and develop problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills while learning how a world-class manufacturing

Formación

• Technical proficiency relevant to manufacturing or engineering processes.
• Ability to analyze equipment performance and operational data.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Team orientation and collaborative mindset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive “can-do” attitude and leadership potential.
• Experience or coursework in project management or process improvement.
• Knowledge of sustainability or environmental management principles.
• Multicultural work environment experience.
