Procter & Gamble is seeking a Process Engineer to drive operational excellence in Tepeji. You will identify losses, improve quality, and apply digital tools to optimize production. Strong analytical skills and experience with continuous improvement are essential for immediate impact on efficiency and capabilities.

The role offers full-time on-site work with a focus on leveraging data to transform manufacturing processes and deliver measurable business results.

Formación

• Graduated in engineering (any field).
• Strong analytics and problem solving skills.
• Experience with continuous improvement methods is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process Optimization: identify and eliminate process losses to build capability and control.
• Continuous Improvement: lead RE analysis, touch mapping, and weekly Hoshin cycles to streamline processes and reduce manual intervention.
• Operational Standards: ensure HS&E and Quality foundations; manage the line's RTT DMS and coach IWS progress.
• Data & Digital Tools: use Databricks, SQL, KNIME, Tableau, Power BI, JMP/SPSS for data analysis and visualization.
• Digital Transformation: support and lead adoption of digital solutions and train teams for efficiency.
• Value Creation: collaborate with stakeholders to deliver business results through cross-functional teamwork.
