Procter & Gamble seeks an Execution and Start-up Leader to drive end-to-end project execution at our General Offices Mexico. You will coordinate with the Technical Readiness Leader, Initiatives Operations Leader, site teams, and contract manufacturers to ensure projects meet quality, time, and cost targets.

Formación

• Graduated engineer with strong project management capability.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver quality, on time and within cost.
• Proven ability to drive startup initiatives in manufacturing environments.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure execution of processes following internal controls, safety, and QA standards with zero safety incidents.
• Lead technical mastery efforts including qualifications, health checks, risk assessments, and schedule integration.
• Drive loss elimination initiatives and lead continuous improvement PDCA cycles.
• Manage operational mastery by mapping parameters, validation plans, and site interventions.
• Oversee service plans to deliver initiatives right the first time and on schedule.
• Integrate costs into forecasts and seek efficiency opportunities within projects.
• Lead training and qualification of start-up teams and ensure knowledge transfer.
