Procter & Gamble Mexico seeks a Project Manager & Process Engineer at our Mariscala Plant in Apaseo el Grande. You will lead cross‑functional projects, drive continuous improvement, and implement new ideas to enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities span project execution and process engineering, with data analytics to inform decisions and ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards. English is advanced and accommodations are available as needed.

Formación

• Data management and visualization tools in analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and process engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of safety, health, environment and quality practices.

Responsabilidades

• Support and assist in executing strategies within the team and organization.
• Participate in development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Focus on tasks within a brand, channel, line, or category with clear objectives.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize impact and learning.
• Work under supervision, following established procedures and policies.
• Manage documentation and ensure SOP adherence in production.
• Identify inefficiencies via process mapping and propose improvements.
• Utilize data tools to analyze data and drive informed decisions.
• Support integration of new digital tools to boost operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve sales performance and operations.
