Procter & Gamble Mexico in Toluca area seeks an Execution and Start-up Leader to drive initiative execution end-to-end, coordinating with TRL, IOL, plant teams and contract manufacturers. You will ensure projects meet quality, time and cost targets using PM tools and risk management.

The role requires a graduated engineer with strong leadership and manufacturing start-up experience, working on-site with visits to plant locations. Start date ASAP, with a supportive, dynamic work environment.

Formación

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on quality, time and cost.
• Strong project management in manufacturing/start-up environments.
• Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Project.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure execution of processes with safety and QA standards at contract manufacturers.
• Lead technical mastery including qualifications, health checks, risk assessments, and schedules.
• Drive loss elimination initiatives and PDCA cycles.
• Map impacted parameters, validate plans, and lead site interventions.
• Oversee service plans to deliver initiatives on time and to specification.
• Integrate costs into financial forecasts and seek efficiencies in projects.
• Lead training and qualification of start-up teams and knowledge transfer.
