Job summary

Littelfuse is seeking a Junior Planner to create and maintain production schedules, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient manufacturing. You will work with Production, Materials, Purchasing and Customer Service to align priorities with business needs while driving continuous improvement in planning processes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field, 1+ year in production planning, strong Excel skills, ERP/MRP familiarity, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1+ year of experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, Supply Chain, or related manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of MRP concepts and production planning processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Conversational English proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain basic production schedules to support customer demand and operational requirements.
• Process and monitor MRP messages to ensure timely material availability and production execution.
• Collect and analyze production data and system inputs required for schedule creation and maintenance.
• Track special customer requests, expedited orders, and priority production commitments.
• Monitor production performance and follow up on schedule adherence to support on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve potential supply or production constraints.
• Establish production priorities and sequencing to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
• Support inventory accuracy and material planning activities through ERP/MRP systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and operational performance.
