Littelfuse is seeking a Production Planner to optimize the weekly and monthly production schedules, ensuring materials availability and on-time delivery. The role partners with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to keep production flowing smoothly.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Operations Management and 1–3 years of planning experience, with strong ERP/MRP and Excel skills, and excellent cross‑functional communication.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in production planning or related areas.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Analyze inventory levels and raw material availability to ensure continuity of production.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure timely arrival of critical materials.
• Monitor production performance indicators and implement corrective actions when deviations arise.
• Adjust production plans based on demand changes or production issues.
• Collaborate with MRB teams to resolve production line issues.
• Track and maintain key metrics such as safety stock, fill rate, past due orders, and revenue.
• Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives within planning and control processes.
