Job summary

Ericsson Mexico is seeking an entry-level Enterprise Support Engineer to join the Wireless Solution team. You will provide technical support for Cradlepoint products, troubleshoot networks, collect logs, and document cases while learning from senior engineers.

You will grow fundamentals in IP networking, firewalls, VPNs, and cloud-managed services through guided training and team knowledge sharing, with room to progress toward greater independence.

Qualifications

• Foundational networking concepts including IP addressing, routing, switching, wireless, and cloud-managed solutions.
• Ability to follow documented troubleshooting procedures and identify root causes with guidance.
• Professional communication with customers and internal teams; maintain detailed case notes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, chat, and case management systems.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, configuration, and networking issues.
• Gather logs and diagnostic data for issue resolution and document cases clearly.
