Ericsson in Mexico City is seeking a Packet Core Integration Engineer to support North and South American operators. You will participate in design, deployment, integration, configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting for 4G and 5G packet core elements, working hands-on across the full cycle from deployment to issue resolution.

The role requires hands-on experience with MME, EPG, SAPC, DSC and knowledge of 5G elements like AMF/UPF/SMF.

Formación

• Proven ability to work with telecommunications networks and services.
• Experience in 4G/5G packet core deployment, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience handling external customers across projects.

Responsabilidades

• Provide system integration and service delivery to operators in North and South America.
• Collaborate with customers to deploy, configure, and upgrade 4G/5G packet core elements.
• Perform troubleshooting and optimize performance of MME, EPG, SAPC, DSC.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and drive automation-friendly improvements.
• Coordinate with global teams and travel as required.
