John Deere solicita un Coordinador de Términos e Incentivos para Monterrey, con ubicación en Garza García. El rol apoya a analistas de negocio y equipos de ventas, diseñando sistemas de información y modelos de incentivos para alinear con los objetivos de la empresa.

Se requiere inglés fluido, manejo de datos y experiencia en análisis de costos. Se valorará capacidad de planificación, reportes y coordinación entre ventas, finanzas y marketing.

Formación

  • Inglés fluido y capacidad de comunicación.
  • Capacidad para recolectar y analizar datos de costos y proyectos.
  • Conocimiento de procesos de planificación estratégica y políticas.
  • Conocimiento de normas y procedimientos de la organización.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoya a analistas y equipos de ventas en precios y políticas comerciales.
  • Diseña y gestiona sistemas de información para asegurar precisión en precios.
  • Modela y mantiene planes de incentivos.
  • Garantiza que los incentivos estén alineados con objetivos.
  • Calcula pagos de comisiones con precisión y a tiempo.
  • Apoya ciclos de planificación, pronósticos y modelado de escenarios.
  • Mantiene gobernanza, controles y preparación para auditorías.
  • Actúa como enlace entre ventas, finanzas y mercadotecnia.

Main Responsibilities
  • Serves as a support for business analysts and sales teams in the affairs related to the pricing of sales orders and commercial policy of the group. Designs and manages information systems to ensure the accuracy of information for the company's decision-making processes of pricing information on the market, competition, and consumer behavior.
  • Modeling and maintaining incentive plans
  • Ensuring alignment between incentives and business objectives
  • Calculating payouts accurately and on time
  • Performing performance analysis and effectiveness assessments
  • Supporting planning cycles, forecasts, and scenario modeling
  • Maintaining governance, controls, and audit readiness
  • Acting as a key liaison between Sales, Finance, and marketing
What Skills You Need
  • Work independently to collate and analyze cost price and/or project data using data modeling tools and algorithms to calculate cost process and project estimates.
  • Explore and develop a basic understanding of external developments or emerging issues and contribute to the evaluation of their potential impact on, or usefulness to, the organization.
  • Collect market data and maintain a database of market intelligence to support the marketing and sales planning process.
  • Use strategic planning systems and protocols to support others.
  • Develop knowledge and understanding of the organization's policies and procedures and of relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct to ensure own work adheres to those standards. Obtain authorization from a supervisor or manager for any exceptions from mandatory procedure.
  • Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting it into standard formats.
