Epikso Mexico is seeking an experienced professional for a hybrid role based in Mexico (Guadalajara or Mexico City office). The candidate should be heavy on Java, Unix/Linux and SQL, with 6-10 years of experience preferred. The role involves maintaining and improving SRE strategies, debugging, and collaborating with development teams.

The position offers a pay rate of $20–$22 per hour, with one day per week in-office. Strong communication and documentation skills are desirable.

Formación

• Experience level: Level L2/L3 Application Support, preferably 6–10 years.
• Technical skills: Unix/Linux, Java (OOP), good DB understanding.
• Proficient coding and debugging abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a proactive approach to analyze, debug and resolve issues.
• Develop and enhance the SRE strategy to ensure scalability, reliability and performance.
• Escalate issues to management and coordinate with development teams to address problems.
