gsbsolutions1 is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (On site) to join our IT team in Mexico. The role focuses on production troubleshooting, monitoring, and building robust CI/CD pipelines to move code from development to production with high quality.

You will work with Java/J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, and cloud architectures (Azure/PCF). Strong problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• BS degree in computer science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• Production troubleshooting experience with monitoring tools like Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Git/Bitbucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Groovy, Chef.
• Designing efficient CI/CD flows from development to production with high quality.
• Cloud architecture experience, preferably Azure and PCF.
• Experience with Java, J2EE, SOAP/REST, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate.
• Proficient in algorithms, data structures, scripting, and pipeline management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, ownership, and drive.
• Drive adoption of DevOps services across delivery teams.
• Ability to debug and optimize code and automate tasks.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems; agile environment.

Qualifications

• Must have - Production troubleshooting scenarios, and splunk/Dynatrace, we need someone strong in maontoring tools

  BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field involving coding (e.g., physics or mathematics), or equivalent practical experience.

• Engineer with experience in industry standard CI/CD tools like Git/BitBucket, Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Groovy and Chef. Experience designing and implementing an effective and efficient CI/CD flow that gets code from dev to prod with high quality and minimal manual effort is required.

• Sound knowledge and extensive hands‑on experience in cloud based architecture (Preferably in Azure and PCF)

• Experience with Java, J2EE, WebServices (SOAP/REST), Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate skills.

• Experience with algorithms, data structures, scripting, pipeline management, and software design.

• Systematic problem‑solving approach, coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.

• Drive adoption of development services (Performance Engineering, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Collaboration) amongst various delivery teams.

• Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.

• We support many different stakeholders. Experience in dealing with difficult situations and making decisions with a sense of urgency is needed.

• Interest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.

• We need team members with an appetite for change and pushing the boundaries of what can be done with automation. Experience in working across development, operations, and product teams to prioritize needs and to build relationships is a must.

• Interest in designing, analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.

• Experience in Splunk, Dyntrace, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.

• Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.

• Experience in Agile Development Environment."

Location: Guadalajara or CDMX.

Salary: $80,000 gross.
