Infosys Mexico is seeking an L2 Application Support Analyst to provide production support for essential Java applications, ensuring stability, quick incident resolution, and proactive monitoring.

You will collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Database, Middleware, Cloud, and Service Desk teams to maintain high service quality, handle change activities, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in application production support or L2 environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java/J2EE applications and REST microservices.
• Experience in Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes and ServiceNow.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 production support for Java-based applications across environments.
• Monitor availability, performance, and alerts to ensure operations.
• Diagnose incidents, assess impact, and resolve within SLA.
• Record and track incidents, requests, problems, and changes in ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for issue resolution and deployments.
