Infosys BPM Philippines is seeking an L2 Production Support professional to handle operational support tasks across a global delivery model. You will coordinate with engineering and development teams to troubleshoot outages and drive rapid restoration of services.

The role emphasizes proactive issue identification, root-cause analysis, and resilient incident handling across multiple time zones. Prior experience in financial services and cloud infrastructure is a plus.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience around 3-5 year minimum related to L2 production support experience.
• Experience of working in a global team.
• Excellent organization and coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to learn rapidly on-the-job.
• Self-motivated, ability to identify and resolve issues with minimal oversight.
• Experience in financial services is a plus.
• Cloud Application and respective infrastructure Knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Actively supported troubleshooting and outages in coordination with engineering, developer teams, and outage management.
• Proactively identify problems, suggest fixes, and work towards ultimate resolution.
• Previously worked in a large organization or with international teams across multiple time zones and possible rotation in weekends.
