American Vanguard is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide advanced technical support for end users and maintain workplace technology reliability. You'll support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and reporting tools while collaborating with regional/global IT teams to uphold high service levels.

The role requires 5+ years in IT support, a related degree, and strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, MS 365, and ITSM tools. ERP exposure and English proficiency are preferred.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or service desk.
• Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in IT/CS or related field.
• English proficiency is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365.
• Intermediate networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
• Experience with Active Directory and identity/access management.
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Freshservice, Jira, Zendesk).
• Excel, Power BI, and business reporting tools.
• Experience supporting ERP or business systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics).

Responsabilidades

• End-User & workplace tech support: Level 2/3 support for devices, printers, peripherals.
• Configure and maintain Windows/macOS; support MS 365 services.
• Diagnose complex hardware/software issues; advise on fixes.
