CIMMYT is seeking an entry-level IT/ERP support assistant to join its global team. You will assist with ERP system documentation, data entry, and standard operating procedures, under supervision.

Responsibilities include testing, DevOps support tasks, user support, data quality, and assisting with deployments and system administration. Ideal for final-year students or recent graduates in IT-related fields, with a willingness to learn in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in a related field.
• Basic knowledge of ERP systems, databases, programming, or IT operations.
• Willingness to learn and work under supervision.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Documentation: Prepare and maintain user manuals, SOPs, specs, training materials, test scripts, and logs.
• Testing: Support functional, integration, regression, and UAT; prepare test cases and data; log defects.
• DevOps Support: Assist with build, deployment, release and environment management under supervision.
• General ERP Support: Data entry, data cleansing, helpdesk follow-up, rollout and training support.
• Software Development: Programming, customization, and extension of ERP modules.
• Data and Analytics: Data management, dashboards, BI tools, and data quality assurance.
• ERP Administration: User/role management, patching, performance tuning, and integrations.
• ERP Functional Administration: Configure modules (finance, HR, procurement, supply chain) and end-user support.
• System Administration: Server/database/network and security, backup and disaster recovery practices.
