Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis and solution development.
• 4+ years of experience in the transportation industry, specifically with Master Mind from Mastery or OTM from Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of transportation industry practices using TMS, with functional and technical expertise.
• Preferred experience with Agile methodology and leading Agile projects.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills, capable of translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Preferred experience with data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.
• Knowledge of industry standards, project management, and solution design techniques.
• Experience developing prototypes, functional specifications, data mapping, user journeys, flow diagrams, and test cases.
• Proficiency in system analysis, quality assurance, and creating robust solutions for complex requirements.
• Ability to lead large application development projects and identify gaps in business processes.
• Understanding system behaviors, integrations, and data flow.
• Commitment to continuous learning and team development.
