Formación

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Prior IT knowledge is helpful but not required for entry; basic computer literacy expected.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with basic IT support tasks, including computer setup and peripheral configuration.
• Help manage IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Provide user assistance for common hardware and software questions.
• Support administrative tasks and maintain IT records and logs.
