CRH Talento en IT is seeking an Infrastructure Support Junior in Xalapa, Veracruz. This on-site role focuses on hardware and software deployment, basic Windows client administration, and initial IT support for users.

Responsibilities include monitoring tickets, assisting with server and storage maintenance under supervision, ensuring security procedures, and helping maintain IT asset inventories. A relocation bonus and comprehensive benefits accompany the position.

Formación

• Experience troubleshooting and deploying IT hardware and software.
• Basic Windows client administration and Active Directory understanding.
• Basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN).
• Familiarity with internet connectivity and security concepts (VPN, antivirus).
• Exposure to virtualization or remote access tools (Citrix) is a plus. Familiarity with manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of M365 administration, including Office suite, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Entra ID.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in the deployment and support of IT hardware and software, including PCs/laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Monitor ticket queries and resolve basic issues; elevate more complex tickets to senior team members or vendors as needed.
• Support installation and basic maintenance of servers and storage systems under supervision.
• Follow established security procedures, including updates, antivirus, and access controls.
• Perform routine system administration tasks such as user account setup, password resets, and maintain inventory records.
• Monitor system alerts and report performance or availability issues to the team.
• Assist in troubleshooting recurring hardware and software issues and document solutions.
• Help maintain inventory of IT assets and supplies.
• Support data backup processes and verify successful completion.
• Provide basic user support and guidance on IT tools and best practices.
• Participate in team meetings and assist with process improvement initiatives.
