Okta in Mexico City seeks an experienced Technical Support Engineer who can own customer issues end-to-end, from initial troubleshooting to resolution. You will guide customers through integrating Okta products, work with engineering on root causes, and contribute to knowledge sharing while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role requires deep knowledge of MFA, SSO, REST APIs, and cloud directory services, with strong communication and documentation skills to support enterprise

Formación

• 5+ years in customer or technical support, or related customer-facing role.
• BA/BS/MS in Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with networking across OSI layers 3–7 and debugging with tools (HAR/Fiddler, Wireshark, logs, SIEM).
• Experience with MFA, SSO (SAML/WS-Fed, OIDC) and cloud directories (Okta, Azure AD).

Responsabilidades

• Own customer issues from initial troubleshooting to resolution.
• Meet/exceed expectations for response quality and speed.
• Guide customers to deploy and maintain Okta products.
• Serve as SME for Okta products within support and engineering.
• Document bugs and coordinate with Engineering for fixes.
• Contribute to knowledge base and share best practices.
