Ria Money Transfer is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our IT team in Mexico. You will provide advanced technical support, manage endpoints, and troubleshoot complex issues to keep systems running securely and efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2–3+ years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Intune/Jamf/Apple Business Manager, and familiarity with security monitoring tools like Qualys and Grafana.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3+ years of IT support or systems administration experience focusing on troubleshooting complex issues and managing IT systems.
• Strong knowledge of modern endpoint management and enterprise IT technologies including Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network systems beyond Level 2 support.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, peripherals, and end-user software to ensure a secure computing environment.
• Respond to high-priority incidents and service requests with minimal downtime.
• Support IT projects and system upgrades in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization when needed.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and troubleshooting guides.
• Provide expert-level user support and training as required.
• Implement and maintain security measures and address vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
