SOLSER Information Technology is seeking a Mid-level IT Support Analyst to boost payroll tooling performance in our Querétaro office. You will leverage SQL and PowerShell, monitor tools, and analyze issues across English and Spanish communications.

Responsibilities include proactive monitoring, RCA for incidents, monthly analytics presentations, collaboration with Delivery, and updating the knowledge base while handling large data flows.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related.
• 2+ years of experience in any IT support.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively monitor and perform preventive actions to ensure proper execution of business tools.
• Analyze issues and provide expedited workarounds; perform RCA for each incident.
• Present monthly analytics including RCA and recurring issues.
• Collaborate with Delivery team to communicate analyses and required fixes (analysis, testing).
• Resolve incidents per SLAs.
• Provide support to project teams on request.
• Keep the knowledge base updated.
• Handle large data and monitor automatic data flows.
