Tata Consultancy Services in Monterrey, Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented SQL Support Analyst / Operations Analyst to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues while ensuring service reliability and operational excellence.

The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of SQL experience and familiarity with Splunk and ServiceNow, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver timely resolutions and improvements.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in SQL-based support or operations.
• Experience with Splunk for monitoring and log analysis.
• Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) for incidents, requests, and change management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production support incidents and service requests.
• Write, optimize, and execute SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Monitor system performance and identify operational anomalies using Splunk.
• Manage incidents, requests, and change records through ServiceNow (SNOW).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams for timely resolutions.
• Support application monitoring, incident management, and operational reporting.
• Document issues, solutions, and procedures following standards.
• Participate in on-call or support rotation activities as required.
