Kutir Technologies is seeking an IT Support professional in Mexico to manage PC hardware/software support, OS troubleshooting, and network topology tasks. The role involves remote support, server and network administration, and hands-on hardware maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Applicants should have a degree or 2+ years of IT experience, plus Dell/Lenovo and A+ certifications or equivalents. Prior experience in manufacturing IT is preferred and essential for rapid issue resolution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years IT experience.
• Dell/Lenovo certification or equivalent.
• A+ certification or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience supporting PC hardware and software.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
• Experience with remote support and network topology.
• IT Support Manufacturing Industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• PC hardware support and lifecycle tasks including builds and post-imaging setup.
• Software support: OS troubleshooting, installations, driver updates, virus remediation.
• Network support: connectivity assistance and basic cabling tasks.
• Printer and fax troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Server support: installations, configurations, maintenance, upgrades, backups.
• Systems administration: network management, installations, maintenance.
• Assist with change management and project-related tasks.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Daily Responsibilities

1. 1. PC Support and Lifecycle PC builds, hardware break/fix, IMAC, post-imaging setup, data transfer
2. 2. Software Support OS troubleshooting, software installations, driver updates, virus remediation
3. 3. Network Physical Support "Hands and eyes" support for physical tasks, cabling, and network assistance Assist with connectivity problems, provide "hands and eyes" assistance
4. 5. Printers and Fax Machines Troubleshooting, basic issue resolution, and maintenance
5. 6. Server Support Installations, configurations, maintenance, upgrades, and backup/recovery
6. 7. Network and Network Management Support Systems administration, installations, configuration, and maintenance
7. 8. Project Management Facilitate change management
