Job summary
Celestica Inc. is seeking a Facilities Services Manager 1 in Monterrey to lead vendor services and drive efficient operations within a manufacturing environment. The role manages staff relocation, telecommunications systems, and facilities projects to support site operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent education/experience.
- Five to seven years of relevant experience in facilities/real estate management.
- Experience with vendor management and service contracts.
- Knowledge of ISO 14001 Environmental Management System.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor services (Business Services, Housekeeping, Waste, Food Services and Secretaries) and provide financial planning for Site Operations.
- Oversee staff relocation, phone/voicemail systems, and Facilities Systems development.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and related EH&S programs.
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to meet production deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with internal/external customers; analyze data to drive decisions.
