Celestica is seeking a Specialist, IT Solutions in Monterrey, Mexico. The role focuses on identifying business process improvements through IT, gathering requirements, and delivering IT solutions including ERP and local applications. You will train users and provide 2nd-level support across global teams.

The candidate will participate in IT projects, coordinate activities, and help define scope, design, test, and implement solutions with strong documentation and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master's degree in IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in IT/Engineering in electronics manufacturing.
• Experience with full software development life cycle and project delivery.
• Strong ability to document requirements, design solutions and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with site business functions to identify IT solution opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate to IT deliverables.
• Collaborate with IT teams to develop and deliver solutions.
• Provide system training and 2nd-level support to site IT teams worldwide.
• Lead IT projects, coordinate stakeholders, and manage project documentation.
