Job summary

Celestica Monterrey is seeking a Specialist, IT Solutions to partner with site functions to identify and drive IT-driven process improvements, document requirements, and collaborate with IT teams to deliver solutions across ERP and other systems.

You will provide user training, support, and participate in IT projects, requiring 5+ years experience in .NET/Microsoft stack, strong collaboration, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in IT/Engineering in electronics manufacturing or software development.
• Experience with MVC (C#), JavaScript, RESTful API, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap.

Responsibilities

• Engage with site business functions to identify IT solution opportunities.
• Gather and document business requirements and define scope.
• Collaborate with IT teams to design, develop, test, and implement solutions.
• Provide 2nd-level support and end-user training.
• Lead IT projects and coordinate with global teams.
