Celestica Inc. in Monterrey, Mexico, seeks a Senior Lead Engineer in Test Manufacturing to drive advanced testing architecture, collaborate with design, production and service teams, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality customer solutions.

You will lead with a focus on root-cause analysis, system integration, and robust measurement practices, mentoring engineers and contributing to process improvements across the product life cycle.

Formación

• 8+ years of manufacturing experience in production support, development and diagnostics.
• Experience with failure analysis and root-cause methods (8D, 5W, Six Sigma).
• Strong knowledge of PC/server architecture, networking and JBOD/disk systems.

Responsabilidades

• Understand customer technical requirements and maintain contextual knowledge for issues.
• Collaborate with development, production and service teams to define performance-driven solutions.
• Support design, production launch, full production and service activities at the CMX site.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training for customers and internal teams.
• Develop best-practice standards through research and SME collaboration.
