Job summary

Responsibilities

Own the full IT footprint at the Mexicali factory, including infrastructure, operations, applications, and OT systems.
Serve as senior IT partner to the General Manager and staff, translating business needs into IT requirements for MES, ERP, and other platforms.
Align local IT execution with corporate IT strategy, architecture, and governance standards.
Lead and develop the site IT team, managing staffing, performance, and capability growth.
Ensure operational continuity for factory-critical systems (MES, SCADA, ERP) and coordinate improvements with corporate teams.
Oversee local IT service delivery, vendor relationships, and project execution within scope, schedule, budget, and security.
Govern change management to ensure safe IT changes in production environments.
Manage site IT budgets, procurement, and lifecycle of technology assets.
Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning; maintain readiness for disruptions.
Monitor IT performance metrics and drive continuous improvement aligned with enterprise KPIs.
