HARMAN International in Queretaro is seeking an IT Site Administrator Associate to provide day-to-day on-site staff support and occasional remote assistance for other locations. You will manage incidents, support desk processes, and coordinate with DSS lead and global teams to keep endpoints running smoothly.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Computer science or related, 3 years IT experience, strong troubleshooting, and advanced English.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Computer or related field.
3 years of IT experience.
Knowledge of computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals troubleshooting.
Knowledge of Anti-Virus clients and patch management.
Solid experience with Email clients, MS Exchange, and Office 365.
Strong troubleshooting for Microsoft OS.
Global support experience preferred.
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

Provide day-to-day on-site staff support in Queretaro and occasional remote support for other locations.
Manage incidents/service requests until resolution.
Maintain end-user support processes and governance standards for EUS delivery.
Route tickets to appropriate groups and escalate high-priority issues.
Create and upload knowledge articles and provide support to power users.
