Hussmann-American, S. de R.L. de C.V. in Monterrey Operations seeks an IT Analyst to deliver reliable, efficient tech support across end users, infrastructure, applications, and manufacturing teams.

You will manage computer equipment, software, local networks, and security controls, with a strong focus on end-user education, policy compliance, and asset management including warranty services with Dell Leasing.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5–10 years in IT processes, infrastructure or technical support.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and devices listed.
• Experience supporting end users in manufacturing/operations.
• Advanced conversational English.
• Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred.

Responsabilidades

The IT Analyst is responsible for delivering reliable, efficient, and customer-focused technology support to end users across Monterrey Operations. This role supports infrastructure, applications, and manufacturing teams by maintaining computer equipment, software, communication devices, local network services, and related IT processes in alignment with Hussmann and Panasonic corporate standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Administration of Computer Equipment, Software, Frequency Radios & Local Network.
• Support and promote policies, processes, and standards aligned with Hussmann Corporation and Panasonic corporate methodologies
• Educate and assist end users regarding responsible internet usage, cybersecurity practices, and technology-related risks.
• Follow established IT processes, security controls, and compliance requirements to protect company systems, information, and infrastructure assets.
• Manage warranty processes, equipment returns, and coordination with Dell Leasing to ensure assets are handled accurately and within required timelines.
• Administration and review monthly Information Technology department expenses, supporting accurate tracking, control, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor´s Degree in related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in IT processes, infrastructure support, or a related technical support environment.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, desktop and laptop troubleshooting, PCs, laser printers, Zebra printers, mobile phones, handheld devices, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, SCCM, and Windows 10 and Windows 11.
• Demonstrated ability to support end users in a manufacturing or operations environment with a high sense of urgency and service orientation.
• Advanced conversational English skills.
• Six Sigma Green Belt is required; Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred.
