Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in technical support, familiarity with Opera PMS and Simphony POS, and a proactive service mindset to ensure guest and staff experiences run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in technical support or similar roles.
• Knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi networks, structured cabling and connectivity.
• Familiarity with hospitality systems such as Opera PMS and Simphony POS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users and guests.
• Log and follow up on incidents via the ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and network issues and perform preventive maintenance.
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the resort's IT infrastructure and systems.
• Support the IT Manager with operational, preventive, and security initiatives.
