Keenfolks is seeking an IT Project Manager to own day‑to‑day delivery for Reckitt, coordinating between the client’s business and IT teams and Keenfolks’ delivery group. This is an ongoing managed services role with a defined monthly scope of hours and deliverables.

You will lead a cross‑functional team, run Agile ceremonies, and ensure delivery on scope, budget, and schedule while communicating effectively with senior stakeholders across time zones.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in IT project management.
• Project/program management experience in a digital, IT consulting, or agency environment.
• Experience working with D2C platforms, content platforms, loyalty programs, and platform analytics.
• Direct experience running ongoing managed-services or IT support engagements, not only one-off project delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of the engagement, keeping work aligned with the scope, monthly hours, and budget.
• Track and report team utilization and burn against contracted capacity, supporting account reporting.
• Identify scope creep, resourcing gaps, and delivery risks proactively, with clear options for escalation.
• Drive internal coordination across data/analytics, IT/technology, and strategy teams supporting the account.
• Demonstrate strong English communication skills at a C1 level, leading client meetings and presenting updates to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate a cross-functional delivery team, assigning work and keeping sprints on track.
• Run Agile ceremonies and maintain documentation: backlogs, status reports, and knowledge base.
• Manage transitions when staffing or scope changes, onboarding new team members.
• Monitor capacity, resources, and risks, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
• Own project and capacity reporting with visibility into status, risks, and financials.
• Establish IT project governance: milestones, RAID tracking, and stakeholder alignment.
