Kyndryl Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, seeks a Delivery Management Lead to drive delivery excellence for complex IT services. You will lead practitioners, coordinate with Delivery Partner and SRE teams, and ensure high-quality, reliable operations aligned with customer contracts.

You will guide technical and managerial support for engineers, system admins, and product teams, addressing incidents, changes, and escalations while delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience leading delivery teams and quality services to customers.
• Strong knowledge of Kyndryl competencies, managed platforms, IT services.
• Experience in incident, problem and change management, as well as root cause analysis.
• Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs to generate positive customer outcomes.
• AIOps hands-on knowledge, automation and innovation-oriented mindset.
• Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer.
• Extensive experience in FinOps management across multi-cloud environments, with a focus on AI-driven cost optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead practitioners to deliver high quality and reliable IT services within contractual framework.
• Owns technical and managerial support to field engineers, technicians, system administrators, subject matter experts, and product support personnel.
• Responds to incidents, problems, changes, escalations, and situations where support is needed to fix problems in malfunctioning services, operations, software or equipment.
• Leads team, partners with Delivery Partners, Architects, SREs and the customer to co-create, design, deploy and run reliable, available and maintainable systems and services.
• Collaborate with an exceptional team of Delivery Partners, Architects, and SREs to co-create, design, deploy and maintain future-proof systems and services.
