EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery governance for a portfolio of 19 digital products organized into three delivery pods.

You will be the primary accountability for delivery health, stakeholder alignment, and program-level risk, bridging engineering, product and infrastructure leadership from day one through steady-state delivery. The ideal candidate brings a track record of leading complex, multi-team software engagements and thrives where structure needs

Formación

• 3+ years of experience leading complex, multi-team software delivery engagements.
• Expertise in Agile delivery governance and sprint cadence management.
• Experience maintaining risk registers across parallel teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across engineering, product, infra and account leadership.
• Proficiency reporting delivery health via DORA metrics and milestones.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted tooling and its impact on velocity and capacity planning.
• Experience coordinating vendor transitions and onboarding programs.
• Able to facilitate onboarding sessions with client stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own sprint cadence across three pods with consistent planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain the program risk register and escalate blockers to closure.
• Report on delivery health using DORA metrics and AI ROI indicators.
• Manage relationships with engineering, product, infrastructure, and account leadership.
• Prepare and present status updates, milestone reports, and risk summaries to senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate contract and tooling approvals with account leadership.
• Oversee team onboarding, environment setup, codebase orientation and ramp-up.
• Ensure readiness gates are met to avoid business interruption.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions with client engineering and product stakeholders.
• Establish Agile delivery standards across all pods.
• Remove impediments and enable pod leads to focus on delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement via retrospectives and delivery metric trends.
