Capgemini is hiring for an Asset Management & Testing Supervisor for OurClient, a leading US insurer. The role leads daily asset management, testing, and depot teams to ensure proper lifecycle handling of IT assets, testing, deployment, and disposal with high service quality and audit readiness.

Based on-site at Plaza San Telmo Office, Aguascalientes, Mexico, the supervisor partners with IT, Procurement, Finance, and vendors to drive process improvements, governance, and performance, while

Formación

• Experience leading asset management, testing, depot, or IT operations teams.
• Strong understanding of IT asset lifecycle management.
• Experience with inventory control and asset audits.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise daily testing and depot operations.
• Ensure devices and peripherals are tested and approved for deployment.
• Oversee testing of laptops, desktops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and IT equipment.
• Guide technicians in diagnosing hardware issues and root causes.
• Establish testing procedures, quality standards, and guidelines.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and service levels.
• Manage escalations and provide technical leadership.
• Analyze results and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Logistics for inventory readiness.
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Maintain documentation and audit-ready records.
• Partner with vendors and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service.
