Capgemini Mexico is seeking a GSQA Support Analyst to maintain and enhance supplier quality systems. The role focuses on incident handling, automation, and data-driven reporting, collaborating with business users and IT stakeholders.

The candidate will work in a hybrid setup in CDMX or Guadalajara, supporting global quality applications and driving continuous improvements.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in application support, quality systems support, or business application support.
• Strong experience in Automation Script Development, ServiceNow Incident & Request Management, Power BI Dashboard Development, Microsoft Forms, qTest, Spyglass Monitoring, Command Center.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Understanding of application monitoring, alerting, and operational support.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, and KPI management.
• Basic SQL and data troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and defect lifecycle management.
• Conversational English.

YOUR ROLE:

We are seeking a highly motivated GSQA Support Analyst with 4–6 years of experience in application support, automation scripting, service management, reporting, and supplier quality systems. The ideal candidate will support the Global Supplier Quality Assurance (GSQA) platform and associated business applications, ensuring operational excellence, system stability, user support, automation, and continuous process improvements. The candidate will work closely with business users, suppliers, quality teams, and IT stakeholders to manage incidents, service requests, reporting needs, and system enhancements while driving automation and operational efficiency.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
• 4–6 years of experience in application support, quality systems support, or business application support
