ABB Nogales, México busca un IS Manager para liderar y optimizar servicios de sistemas de información en la planta de Electrificación en Nogales, Sonora. Usted definirá, gestionará y monitorizará procesos IS, planificando, midiendo y mejorando los servicios para cumplir con KPIs y aportar valor a la industria.

El candidato ideal tendrá al menos 3 años de experiencia en IS, soporte a usuarios finales, conocimientos de redes, Windows 11 y fluidez en inglés.

Formación

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en IS y soporte a usuarios finales.
• Conocimientos de redes y topologías de servidores.
• microsoft Office 365 y entornos Windows 11; nivel de inglés alto.

Responsabilidades

• Describir y definir procesos/servicios de IT, manteniendo información en la herramienta de gestión de servicios.
• Preparar documentación de procesos y asesorar sobre uso correcto de servicios.
• Aplicar medición y reporte para planificar, controlar y auditar servicios frente a KPIs.
• Brindar consultoría y apoyar la instalación o cambio de servicios IS.

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Nogales, Sonora.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Describing and defining IT processes/services including relationships, dependencies, and business value, and regularly maintaining all service-related information within the service management tool.
• Preparing and maintaining process documentation for the system services and advising on the correct and effective use of the services.
• Applying and executing the relevant measurement and reporting management practice to enable planning, controlling, reviewing, and auditing services to meet agreed Key Performance Indicator targets.
• Providing consultation, advice, and supporting the installation of IS services, or the change of existing IS services.

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Electronic related field preferred.
• 3+ years expertise IS areas and an enterprise End User support role.
• Knowledge of network services, as well as support and on-site requirements.
• Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and ability to work alone or with a team.
• Fluent in Microsoft Office and Support of 0365.
• Programming Language C++, .NET , PLC.
• Machine Learning Knowledges.
• Understanding of Networking Topology, Concepts and Server Infrastructure
• Extensive Windows 11 knowledge and support experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes, procedures, and factory IT programs preferred.
• Prefer Skills in Project Management.
• English fluent level required.
