ABB, líder global en electrificación, busca un Real Estate Manager para su sede en Apodaca, Nuevo León. En este rol serás parte de la función de Real Estate y asumirás un área específica de responsabilidad, liderando iniciativas para mejorar la eficiencia, el rendimiento y la entrega de servicios.

Coordinarás procesos, programas y supervisarás equipos, manteniendo bases de datos de propiedades y asegurando cumplimiento de normas ISO y seguridad industrial.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree en ingeniería eléctrica, automatización, robótica o mecánica.
• 4+ años de experiencia en roles de facilities.
• Experiencia supervisando equipos.
• Gestión de presupuestos e inversiones.
• Conocimiento de normativas de instalaciones y permisos.
• Conocimientos de AutoCAD.
• Experiencia en seguridad industrial (LOTO, alturas, atmósferas, etc).
• Conocimientos ISO 9001, 14001 y 50001; mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo.
• Inglés intermedio.

Responsabilidades

• Definir, implementar y optimizar procesos, procedimientos y planes de acción.
• Desarrollar e implementar programas especiales en tu área.
• Apoyar iniciativas reales de Real Estate.
• Mantener bases de datos de propiedades ABB y registros relevantes.

Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a tenured member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area who owns a specific area of responsibility/topic within the function. Each day, you will improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery, by analyzing and proposing the plan of actions for the function. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Participating in defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility, in alignment with the group guidelines, policies, and procedures.
• Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs, in your area of functional specialty.
• Providing support for special real estate initiatives.
• Ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance of ABB owned/leased/rented property databases and other relevant records.

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory)

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, Robotics, Mechanical, or a similar engineering discipline.
• 4+ years of experience in similar roles as a Facilities Specialist.
• Experience in supervisory roles managing teams.
• Building maintenance, managing relationships with vendors/contractors, and liaising/reporting to Real Estate departments.
• Knowledge of facility regulations and government permitting processes.
• Experience discussing technical aspects of facility disciplines: electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, mechanics, compressors, substations, utilities, and automation.
• Knowledge and interpretation of single-line diagrams (AutoCAD proficiency).
• Experience in industrial safety (LOTO, working at heights, confined spaces, gas safety, etc.).
• Experience with budget management.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 50001 standards; corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
