Rapido Solutions Group in León, Mexico, seeks an Accounts Receivable Support Specialist (dayshift) to manage invoicing and billing activities across multiple portals. You will ensure accuracy, timely submission, and issue resolution with the AR team.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, able to handle high volumes, and comfortable working in several billing systems, including MercuryGate and ServiceChannel, to maintain clean records and timely cash flow.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to manage a high volume of invoices and documentation.
• Comfort navigating multiple billing portals and learning new systems.
• Basic understanding of invoicing, accounts receivable, and transportation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process and submit customer invoices through various 4PL and customer-specific billing portals.
• Accurately enter all required billing information, including invoice numbers, dates, charges, references.
• Verify that invoice amounts and billing details submitted through portals match internal records.
• Upload all required supporting documentation (PODs, BOLs, receipts, etc.).
• Confirm successful invoice submission and verify receipt within customer portals when available.
• Monitor invoice statuses within 4PL portals and identify issues.
• Promptly communicate rejected, disputed, or on-hold invoices for follow-up.
• Identify billing issues such as rate discrepancies or missing documentation.
• Maintain accurate daily records of invoices submitted through portals.
• Provide the AR Manager with a daily report of submission activity and outstanding issues.
