Job summary

Brown-Forman Corporation in Mexico is seeking an Invoice to Pay Analyst to partner with the LATAM GBS, handling PO invoice processing, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external partners. Based in the Mexico office, with potential to work remotely one day per week.

You will process SAP invoices, resolve vendor issues, manage the invoice workflow, and gather GL data for timely payments while aligning with international practices.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
• Accounts Payable experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with international currencies and taxes (a plus)
• Bilingual Spanish and English

Responsibilities

• Process PO invoices via SAP and invoice processing
• Research and resolve vendor/customer issues promptly
• Manage global invoice workflow to buyers and approvers
• Gather GL coding and authorization information for payments
• Identify root causes of invoice errors and resolve
• Maintain professional communication with internal/external customers
• Cross-train with GBS I2P team and provide management with accurate info
• Perform other duties as assigned
