Job summary

Brown-Forman Mexico is seeking an Invoice to Pay Analyst to handle PO invoice processing, reporting, and collaboration with internal and external partners within the LATAM GBS structure. The role will focus on Mexico market operations, with an option to work remotely one day per week.

Based in the Mexico office, you will support multi-currency transactions, tax basics, and process improvements across the invoice-to-pay process, reporting to the GBS on operational enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business.
• 2+ years in accounts payable, preferably in ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Process PO invoices through SAP and other ERP systems.
• Research and resolve vendor and customer issues promptly.
• Manage invoice workflow with buyers and approvers.
• Support international currencies and basic tax considerations.
• Collaborate with other GBS teams to improve processes.
• Identify root causes of posting errors and correct them.
