CHEP seeks a Manager, Invoice to Cash (I2C) Lead – Latin America to shape the end-to-end I2C operations across the region.

In this highly visible role you will lead transformation, standardize processes, drive automation, and partner with Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, IT and Legal to deliver measurable improvements.

Fluent in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus; 7+ years of experience in complex multinational organizations are expected.

Formación

• Must have extensive experience with end-to-end I2C processes (I2C/O2C).
• Proven track record in transformation, process optimization and automation initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple levels and functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and influence I2C strategy and operations across Latin America.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and best-practice adoption.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Customer Service, Legal, IT, and other key stakeholders.
