Job summary

Genpact Ltd. in Mexico is seeking a Sr. Associate - F&A to manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, cash application, and reconciliation across multiple entities, delivering accurate reporting and timely collections.

You will act as SME for AR processes, handle client inquiries, maintain SOPs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes, optimize cash flow, and ensure DRR accuracy in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degrees in accounting, commerce, economics or finance; Masters in finance is a plus.
• Certifications in Accounts Payable, CAMS, CFE, CFI, or similar are listed as desirable.
• Experience with AR processes, cash application and reconciliations is expected.

Responsibilities

• Make collection calls to customers and email/fax invoices per requests.
• Perform cash application and allocate payments to remittances across entities.
• Reconcile orders and validate credits/debits for collections or refunds.
• Follow up on disputes and coordinate with departments for resolutions.
• Create/update SOPs and maintain AR knowledge across processes.
